Do not trust this doctor. He performed an EMG on my mother. Extremely painful. Was excruciating pain she was even crying. He assured me he would provide me with the raw data from the EMG immediately afterwards. Never provided the data. Her my chart has never been updated it only States EMG without any results. Clearly suppressing documentation which is illegal. It is a HIPAA violation. This doctor will be reported to his medical board and CMS as well as Medicare.
