A couple years ago the temples of my expensive glasses were loose, so had them tighten them. They were still loose but they said that was as tight enough.. I left and the lens fell out and chipped. Optix would not replace the lens and said I would have to pay for a new one myself. But they would not give me a new one unless I got another eye exam.
