It’s such a shame that some unfortunate clerical errors have resulted in people leaving scathing 1 star reviews for Dr Chu. My experience with both my children has been that he is a caring, thorough and knowledgeable paediatrician. Yes there can be long wait times but that’s generally expected with specialists, and it means Dr Chu takes his time with every patient and doesn’t rush you out the door when you’re with him. If you need a gentle and thorough paediatrician who listens to you as a parent, I highly recommend Dr Chu.
Dr Chu is An amazingly professional and talented Children’s Respiratory Specialist. We love his calm manner and demeanour. No panic, just reassuring. This guy is just like a super thorough GP. No rush you out the door. He answers all your questions patiently. His rooms here at Norwest Private are so very convenient if you live in the broader hills region. Doctor Chu is a very knowledgeable, attentive and patient doctor. One of the best in the area!
Very friendly and thorough paediatrician, spends time with the patient. Answered all our questions and concerns.
Please do not believe these positive reviews , I had him as my pediatrician in norwest private and this was my first born , he didn’t do any checks and ticked all box in blue book , what this means is that two weeks later we discovered that my lo had an issue undiagnosed which was serious issue …. during the initial visits he was so conscious in advising me to give formula rather than breast milk which looks like his speciality rather than checking my new born from head to toe and diagnosing the issue , so please do not beli... read more
