Very caring doctor and great with kids! My child has seen him for years and puts great trust in him. Dr Chu is absolutely professional and I highly recommend him! (Despite these other unfair comments left by others)
I have been with Dr Chu for years. The high quality care and attention is phenomenal. I love the attention to detail and I would not entrust my children to anyone else. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. The range of issues is never too much for Dr Chu and his team. My kids feel safe and cared for. Thanks Dr Chu and team.
The receptionists are extremely unprofessional with communication. They did not call me back when they said they would come back with a time so I had to email and call again. When I finally had an appointment booked, once we showed up to the appointment, we were told they were "going" to call as they had moved our appointment to an hour later and to come back later. I highly recommend Dr Robert Chu. From day one, he has been a guiding light in our parenting journey. His warmth and genuine concern for our babies wellbeing made our visit feel like a visit to family. His thoughtful advice, and comforting demeanor put us at ease.
