The A plus doctor.
Dr. Robert Chan is a very wonderful gentleman and doctor. He is very involved with the entire life and background of me as a patient. I find that very refreshing and compatible with my concerns. Dr. Chan is very thorough and thoughtful in his approach. Makes me feel comfortable as does his attentive manner. I have an appointment with Dr. Chan next week and I am looking forward to speaking with him. As far as a "rating" ... I would give Dr. Chan 10 out of 10 STARS!
I will always be thankful for Dr Chan’s herculean efforts in managing my care at the emergency room in June 2020. Instead of letting me walk out with a bottle of pills, his decision to perform an expedited procedure to put in a stent to drain the pathogens from my kidneys that day (after work, no less) enabled me to deal with the 9mm kidney stone stuck in my ureter without going into sepsis, as had happened with previous infections.
