All of the advice they gave me was so helpful, and completely unbiased. I would trust their advice over any other doctor. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this surgeon give unbiased advice? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this surgeon friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Did this surgeon answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this surgeon's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was this surgeon friendly? Polite Enough Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Was this surgeon friendly? I didn't feel welcome Did this surgeon use current and safe equipment? Fairly Current Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected
