Great doctors, horrible staff. Most reviews I've seen are favorable to Dr. Snyder and his P.A. who attended to me. The office staff seem to get negative remarks. Since he does the hiring, I'll leave the review here. I never got to meet Dr. Snyder. My wife referred me to him as he had been her doctor for almost 2 years. My first time going there 4/23/20 I had to get a referral to see a podiatrist. When they filed my claim with BCBS they neglected to file the necessary insurance referral. Who cares if the staff knows my name. The doctor and PAs do and that’s what counts. I get excellent care and treatment for what is ailing me.
Injected me with something that I was allergic to and then charged me another co-pay to come back the next day to look at what they had done!! Should have been charged out as a follow up, per insurance company. Then put me on a drug that is being removed because of dangerous side effects. When I called to explain this, they told me to keep taking it and it wasn’t true. Well I now have an ulcer because of the medicine. Now they’re harassing me over the bill. Never again!! Horrible office!
Dr. Snyder has been my doctor since I was a little girl. He is a wonderdul doctor, however his office staff are very rude. It's worth dealing with them to see him.
We have been going to Dr.Snyder for many many years. Only doctor for my family.
Dr. Snyder has been my doctor for over 30 years. He has always been personable, attentive, administered effective and practical medical treatment and recommended me to specialists as needed. His staff conduct themselves in a cordial and professional manner, and are consistently highly responsive when I call to set an appointment or to request tests results, etc. In addition, I've seen his physicians assistant who provided exceptional care for an injury that was extremely painful.
The staff has dropped the ball on so many occasions I'm not going to go into great detail here. On the phone they sound rude, overworked, and burnt out. I've gone to this office for decades and the people behind the desk still don't know my name. They don't care about me or any of my problems. Dr. Snyder is nothing but kind and effective as a doctor and I would love to have him as my doctor, but I'm done with his office staff for good.
My whole famiy uses Dr. Snyder as their family doctor for over 20 years. In addition to the great medical care, he is a part of your family!
