My recent Endo doctor retired, which left me having to look for another one that will handle my hypothyroidism disease. I think it’s unfair not to be able to reschedule an appointment if patient did not get a notification or left a message.
Love Dr. Igwe, I have nothing but good things to say about him. However, the staff on the phone is extremely rude. I called for some documentation and was met with an attitude by a lady on the phone. Very unprofessional. Spoke to me like I was stupid for even asking for that. Definitely doesn’t make you want to go back.
Fantastic doctor. Dr. Igwe is very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any question I had. The office staff was pleasant and efficient.
