Dr Jackson and Dr McGrath (both neuropsychologists) are very knowledgeable and helpful. The admin team at the concussion center is fantastic. They really help you if you just let them know what you need. The NP was okay and got the basics taken care of the first few months. You definitely need to be your own advocate and ask around for alternative resources if symptoms last longer than that. The billing situation has been an absolute nightmare from day one. Cantu concussion has been terrific! I went there because I was suffering from post concussion syndrome. I got much more information about my symptoms, got monitored, and occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and psychotherapy through Clough Family Rehab. Getting in for appointments can be tough in the beginning but Cantu and Clough’s medical team coordinate your care and they supported me during the most difficult time of my life with compassion and professionalism.
