THE BEST AND FIVE STARS FOR DR. BOWEN AND ELIZABETH. WONDERFUL PEOPLE THAT CARE. I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR.BOWEN WEEKLY FOR OVER ONE YEAR AND HE HAS MY SEVERE ALLERGIES UNDER CONTROL. BLESSED TO BE UNDER DR. BOWENS CARE.
Awful office. Insisted I pay for services at the time they were rendered instead of my $50 copay. Never billed BCBS and now says I owe the whole amount of the services. The wife/nurse/receptionist is belligerent and has hung up on me several times. They are scammers!
Inappropriate billing practices. Check your explanation of benefits. Waiting since January for copies of test results for continuity of care elsewhere. No concern that they are in violation of HIPPA and Florida Statues for non compliance of this formal request. Please take time to research providers, their policies and reviews prior to making this office your selection.
AVOID THIS OFFICE. The Dr and his wife, Elizabeth Bowen (who acts as receptionist, billing agent and nurse,) are scam artists. My mother and I traveled an hour away from home, to this office, bc we were told they would accept both of our insurance. We had been exposed to toxic mold, and needed mold and dust mite testing. VERY basic. After spending close to 3 hours in this very strange and uncomfortable office, the dr had only completed dust mite testing, and made us rebook for 2 weeks later for
