Dr Fandos cancels me as patient because I'm verbally abused by 2 of the telephone staff KAYLIA ans Yaklin ( refused their names) but new patient line got me the names on 3 old patient line. Had cervile injections. Called for appt for lumbar appt. In extreme pain. Young lady verbally abused me.. Then asked for Dr Fardos to give me pain medication if I could get appt. I was referred to pain management by my PCP. My provider was Andrea Burns. I addressed my pain issues and she tried to convince me that it was arthritis, and degenerative disc disease. She had me take a nerve blocks send me for x-rays. Then she had me try exercising at First Health. None of the above worked. I continued to tell Ms. Burns that the pain was constant and never went away. I explained symptoms in detail but she didn't believe me. She decreased my medicine but I was still hurting REAL bad. Dr Sood was very pleasant and professional, that is the high-water mark. I made numerous trips to the office in an effort to work up to the ultimate injection to relieve my neck pain. Unfortunately, none of these treatments made any difference, and turned out to be a complete waste of my time. I understand there are no guarantees for such treatment, so I do not consider that a reflection of Dr Sood or the practice. However, the accounting associated with my treatments has been an absolute nightmare. As of 10/16/23, I am sti... read more

Worst doctor I have ever encountered and went to this doctor in need of relief. I’m waiting for a month for the appointment, went to the appointment and waited in the back room for two hours for him to come see me he spent all of 10 minutes with me, and all this you could say was go through another state and purchase THC pills other than that he would not do anything to help me so much for quality of care
One of the worst doctors I have ever seen, waited a month for an appointment, but I went to the appointment and waited in the room for two hours for him to come see me, and he spent about 10 minutes with me. On Friday, July 21, I was scheduled to see Dr, Patel (Haymarket) to discuss the additional fracture found at T12 and a follow-up on the Kyphoplasty procedure he performed on my T9 fracture on July 7. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, his office changed my appointment on July 17 to July 18 at 2:30 PM, with the nurse practitioner instead of him.
