Dr. Bartis is the worse person on the face of the earth. She is a gas lighter, doesn’t respect her patients and is very dismissive.

My very first initial appointment was canceled my arrival. I was told that the doctor had a death in the family. I was rescheduled with another doctor. My appointment was at 2:30 today March 5, 2005. I arrived at 2:33. I was told that I was late when I had a previously the week before submitted all the paperwork my time is it’s worth the doctors time.

I wanted to write and compliment the front desk manager, Christopher Dale. Mr. Dale is s true professional. He knows that patients coming to a pain management office are not always feeling their best, but he greets everyone with eye contact and a smile. If the patient wants to interact more, then he does, if not, then he checks them in quickly so they can sit down. He's very courteous to the older folks too. He'll bring their insurance cards and paperwork to them, instead of making them stand in line. The little gestur... read more

Natl Spine and Pain Center in Germantown I have been a patient here here since Rockville closed. The customer service is excellent, especially Christopher. Christopher runs the front but is very knowledgeable and will go over and beyond to make sure any issues are taken care of. He is the best very courteous and helpful which I feel is important. Care by the NP has been awesome also. I highly recommend this

Dr Cherrick in word or two or three - Outstanding, The Best. I have been to a number of pain management Doctors over the last 20 years or so. I have had 3 spine surgeries and tried all types of medicines, PT, and so on. I have finally met a Doctor that is caring, listens, understands, and comes with a plan that we discuss and agree to after she presents the pros and cons. I can't tell you how excited I am having the opportunity to work with her and her staff. Be warned - the parking is horrible. This is an issue with t... read more

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Shalmi and his staff. At the first appointment they asked for a urine sample. I’ve been to a different pain management doctor before but just thought that was their standard protocol. The doctor seemed caring, looked at my MRI, showed me what my issue was gave me a prescription referral for PT and offered medication. He said he would contact my insurance company to authorize a neck injection. A few weeks later a claim was submitted for numerous unnecessary tests to my insurance. ... read more

Dr S is very good. My complain is Michael Williams and an office worker, she is young and thin. Michael tried pushing me into going on opioids; which he was clearly told I would NOT. He continued to push for this. I did not like him and was denied another provider. I want a provider who actually listens to me. The young girl constantly talks about herself; rather she is getting your history or helping in a procedure her mouth does not stop. She does not listen and has even screwed up appointments I had made, and my offi... read more

Dr S is wonderful...my complaint is with the Michael Williams and one of the office staff. After being told several times that I was NOT going on pain killers every day nor was I going to take them daily; Michael continued to push for this; I did not like him and did not want to see him at my visits and was denied a different practitioner. I want a provider who actually listens to me. There is a young, thin girl that works there, and her only interest is telling you about herself. She does this constantly while getting y... read more
