I had my first appointment with Dr Bernard. We discussed a myriad of issues of which he was to help. I was told he'd call me back 1/7/26 at 2:30, its 1/12 and I still haven't heard back from anyone in that office. I can't even get through to a receptionist now. I don't understand what is going on, as a new patient this is a huge red flag. I just want my test results and to have my follow up appointment.
Dr Bernard and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Bernard takes his time and explains everything thoroughly. He is a doctor who truly cares and he always hits the nose on the head when diagnosing. They definitely broke the mold and doctors like him are very hard to find. I’m so thankful to have found this wonderful man through my husband Timmy. Dr Bernard deserves 10 stars !!
