Before going into office, no one advised of payment upfront, wasted a hour of waiting. Once I was at the office I was told how much to pay, this could have been avoided with a courtesy to advise of the cost prior to the appointment.Typically providers can bill to the insurance then receive the patient responsibility. What a waste and was never seen
Dr Baylis is the best doctor, & I highly recommend him! I have been going to him for over 15yrs for my knee & shoulder issues. He is so nice, patient, kind & if you need a cortisone shot you will barely feel it that’s how good he is. Dr Baylis has helped me so much over the years & I am so grateful he is my doctor! Also Jenny his nurse is wonderful too, as well as his whole staff!

I have been going to Dr. Baylis and Dr. Brown for about 12 years. Every time I tear a shoulder I run to Dr. Baylis. This is my 4th surgery with him! He asked me nicely to stop tearing my shoulders..lol..I actually came to Dr. Baylis for a second opinion when we 1st met. He informed me that I had another tear after I just had surgery from another Dr. So I put my shoulders into his hands. I will not go to anyone other than Dr. Baylis for my shoulders ever again.
