I saw Dr. Backstein this morning to remove a basal cell from the top of my head. I was a bit anxious and Dr. Backstein greeted me with a pleasant smile and explained what was to happen. He was extremely gentle, supportive and very reassuring. During the procedure, he asked how I was doing. The procedure was painless, precise and over in minutes. Dr. Backstein's nurse was kind, gentle and supportive, as well. She instructed me in the follow-up procedures. Very calm setting, with great people! Thank you, Dr. Backstein!!
