This review pertains to the staff who I spoke with via phone call before making an appointment. I have never experienced such unprofessional (actually abusive) treatment. I was a client formerly and had decided to see Dr White again... He is such a kind and very competent physician....but my experience on the phone was so horrible and unprofessional that I won't be pursuing another appointment. I hope he can find better staff.
Dr. White has been my primary healthcare physician for 17 years. He and his staff have been professional, friendly, and kind. Same high quality healthcare you would find in a larger metropolitan area. I am very happy with the care I receive.
Top notch quality care in a friendly environment. My husband and I have seen Dr. White for years and have only experienced the best health care from Dr. White and his staff. Now that our son is 18, we have transferred his care to the office as well. Outstanding health care!
I've had Dr. White as my primary care physician since moving to Taos 3 1/2 years ago; my brother is a physician and my father a pharmacist and so I am more than familiar with the nature of the profession. Dr. White is exactly what one hopes to find anywhere in the country, and especially in a small town like Taos. We are fortunate to have someone of this caliber here for our needs. He is knowledgeable, thorough, communicative, friendly and concerned with the patients needs.
I love Dr white and have been going to him for years. My problem is with the staff. I called because of some mental health issues and because they found a balance from ten years ago they will not see me. I was told by Mary that I can find another Dr and that it’s not her problem and made sure to let me know they are not responsible for my mental issues. And people wonder why patients with mental health issues don’t seek out help.
