Excellent doctor. Listened to all of my concerns and met them with compassion and his medical expertise. I could not recommend enough.
This review is not a reflection of Dr. Wai at all- he was great. Unfortunately, everything else about my visit was horrible, starting with the check in process. I was texted a link to fill out new patient paperwork, which I filled out twice and received error messages. Upon check in, I was rudely informed that their system “doesn’t like” forms submitted by phone. (Would have been nice if this was mentioned at all and kind of counterintuitive since I received the forms via text on my mobile device). I was taken back and asked... read more
