This review is not a reflection of Dr. Wai at all- he was great. Unfortunately, everything else about my visit was horrible, starting with the check in process. I was texted a link to fill out new patient paperwork, which I filled out twice and received error messages. Upon check in, I was rudely informed that their system “doesn’t like” forms submitted by phone. Very kind and professional.
Dr. Robert Wai was not my gynecologist but he was the on call doctor who delivered my baby in November. At first I was disappointed my gynecologist was not there but, he made it such a nice experience that I was thankful to be under his supervision. He was so nice and caring. He listened to my concerns about potentially being allergic to certain medicines. He also avoided giving me a C section when a couple of nurses were insisting I was on the verge of needing one.
