Dr Wai is wonderful! I’ve been a patient for over 25 years and after moving I still travel from Georgia to see him yearly. Would highly recommend him.
I have been a patient of Dr Wai’s since 1998. He delivered both of my girls. He has great bedside manner and I feel comfortable with him. (I have anxiety so this is HUGE) Misty at the front was super sweet and helpful and Puja was very nice and calming through my meltdown. I truly love everyone at this office. I send everyone I talk to here.
Please be wary and check all bills! When this doctor moved onto Baylor in December 2025, lots of billing errors started, including applying credits from my c section prepayment overpayment back to duplicate sonograms (should be obvious that no one gets 2 sonograms in 1 day) and services not received (billed for non stress test that baylors medical notes confirm I didn’t receive). They also incorrectly billed me at self pay rates and didnt process through insurance. I’ve called and emailed and shared evidence multiple times. ... read more
Always a great experience to catch up with Dr. Wai. He is so personable and positive.
Very thorough, I would have wanted to be prepped for comfort before my papsmear however it was my first visit and will communicate with Dr. Wei on my follow up visit. His rating will remain high due to his professionalism and care with words.
