Very thorough, I would have wanted to be prepped for comfort before my papsmear however it was my first visit and will communicate with Dr. Wei on my follow up visit. His rating will remain high due to his professionalism and care with words.
Doctor Wai is great but the check in and the nurses who call to tell you your test results are horrible. I been going there for almost 14 years but this time I’m done. I had to leave the appointment because just to check in was terrible.my insurance that I use for 2 years with them they need to check if they take it and it took forever to do so. I was so frustrated
This review is not a reflection of Dr. Robert Wai. I have been his patient for the last 7 years, and he delivered both my boys. His care, empathy, and professionalism are the only reasons I continue to return to this clinic. He is exceptional, and I trust him completely. My review is specifically about the front desk and clinic staff at the Baylor location I visited yesterday. Was ok..... with the exception of problem with their system not showing me as "arrived" and staff didn't get me for appointment until 30 minutes after arrival/start time. Arrived 1:15, appointment was 1:30 but no attention until after 2pm.
