This review is not a reflection of Dr. Robert Wai. I have been his patient for the last 7 years, and he delivered both my boys. His care, empathy, and professionalism are the only reasons I continue to return to this clinic. He is exceptional, and I trust him completely. My review is specifically about the front desk and clinic staff at the Baylor location I visited yesterday. Was ok..... with the exception of problem with their system not showing me as "arrived" and staff didn't get me for appointment until 30 minutes after arrival/start time. Arrived 1:15, appointment was 1:30 but no attention until after 2pm.
Dr. Wai delivered my daughter 19 years ago and he’s been my gynecologist ever since. He is a kind doctor who really listens and I’m always happy to catch up with him every year for the “dreaded” yearly! I highly recommend Dr. Wai to all.
