Dr. Robert Wai was not my gynecologist but he was the on call doctor who delivered my baby in November. At first I was disappointed my gynecologist was not there but, he made it such a nice experience that I was thankful to be under his supervision. He was so nice and caring. He listened to my concerns about potentially being allergic to certain medicines. He also avoided giving me a C section when a couple of nurses were insisting I was on the verge of needing one. I had been going to Dr.Wai for years where I faced multiple continuity errors between things he would say at one appointment and then it would change by the next appointment. Some things as severe as even a diagnosis. Once I found out I was pregnant they told us that there would be a blood test done that would be capped at a certain amount. Then later, we found our bill that was ran through our insurance.
