I was referred to Doctor Penne after a visit to Wills Eye. The ER missed something. I felt that Dr. Penne was thorough, patient, and personable. The people in his office were also helpful and kind.
Dr. Penne is a very good doctor. I've been there twice and have been treated well on both occasions. He does a great job of explaining what he is doing and the results are excellent. His staff has been very good as well. Highly recommend.
Looks like I’ll need a third surgery and to add insult here I sit in his office for a follow up an hour past my appointment time. It’s not fair. If I were more than an hour late they would reschedule me and charge me for a missed appointment. Dr Penne needs me as much as I need him.
