Great diagnostician, not afraid to spend time with patients. Staff needs some work.
Wonderful specialist very knowledgeable one of the best around. The downside to an excellent physician is that they are very busy.
Dr. Ruffini is an awesome doctor. He is not only highly qualified, listens to what you have to say but has the best bed side manner I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I moved to Florida and realize I have been spending the past couple years trying to find Dr. Ruffini down here; unfortunately I have not SO I am going back to New Jersey to get some quality medical care.
Dr. Ruffini has been our doctor for over 30 years He is a compassionate, understanding and very knowledgeable physician. Dr. Ruffini has helped our family thru the various stages is our lives. He has made himself available when my mom had a stroke and also the death of my father. While he was not always the attending physician his advise and presence was most valuable. He is truly one of a kind. I recommend him highly.
