Very disappointed in this Dr. I am a senior citizen and requested an alternative speular as I was experiencing pain. I was told this is all he has and I had to deal with it. I should have immediately ended the exam. Afterwards I had bleeding for several days as my internal skin was torn. DO NOT GO HERE! ZERO empathy and definitely lack of professional care!
I am done with this practice. Been with them for almost 20 years. The front desk staff is always rude and impatient but that is if they even answer the phone or return your call. They’re condescending and rude. As for Dr. Portadin, he seems like he’s had enough. Not very informative or proactive. Just does the exam and moves on. The nurse there who gets your vitals is amazing though.
