My grandma’ was cut off of benzodiazepines in Jan by loera after 20 yrs of being on them. This last few months she has lost so much weight and her quality of life has declined rapidly. If they do not address this I will call the medical board. I’m so sick of drs not taking accountability and cutting patients off of meds knowing how bad this can be. This office is inconsistent with help. Communication is poor. They may call multiple times and not leave a message. Call them back and they are clueless. I haven't had a breast exam in 2 1/2 years even though I have been asking. Last year the office left a message saying my mammogram was normal, everything looked good! ARE YOU SERIOUS? I have serious back pain, too much to explain, it can be crippling. Ask the help, they say talk to the dr., asking the dr.
