I have been treated by Dr. Hauser and staff for approx. 12-14 years and can't exagerate on what a wonderful Dr. he has been. After seeing other neurologist for my cervical dystonia I had almost given up hope. Dr,. Hauser with caring, evaluating and listening to me began treatment and adjusted throughout to come up with the best for me and my dystonia. This guy is truly my hero.
I've been under Dr Hauser's care since January 2016 for Cervical Dystonia and Essential Tremor. He came recommended from a Neurologist I saw in Portland, OR before moving to Florida in 2015. I've seen other Neurologists closer to where I first lived in Naples, and now Lake Worth Florida. It's worth the 3 + hour drive to Tampa to see Dr Hauser every 12 weeks for Dysport injections. His entire staff is AMAZING, compassionate and they listen. I love Tara in the front office, she's helped with insurance hiccups and gone beyond e... read more
24 years ago, I became afflicted with a condition called Spasmodic Torticollis and through trial and error was finally diagnosed by a neurologist. He sent me to Dr. Hauser who administers the shots that control the condition, as there is no cause or cure. I see him 4 times a year since that time and he has always been very professional, skillful and knowledgeable and I feel very fortunate to have been referred to him. You need to trust someone who is injecting medication directly into your neck and I have complete trust in h... read more
I have suffered from Benign Essential Blepharospasms (BEP) for more than 10 years now. I've been treated by five different neurologists with varying degrees of limited success. I have been treated by Dr Robert Hauser for approximately 1 year now and the results have been outstanding. Each treatment eliminates 100% of the symptoms and lasts until the next treatment. It is as though I have been miraculously cured. I can't thank Dr houser enough. I have my life back after a decade of suffering.
I have been suffering from benign essential blepharospasms for several years. I have now been treated by 5 different doctors in 4 different cities, as I searched for someone who could help me return to a normal life. Three of them offered very little improvement. The fourth seemed like a godsend by giving me treatments that took care of the problem 80% of the time. But now I have found Dr. Hauser who spent time listening to the details of my issues and carefully applied the needed treatments. Since I have been seeing Dr. Hau... read more
Absolutely! 100% most definitely. I went online and chose Dr. Hauser to be my mother's neurologist because of his credentials, experience and his involvement as the Director of the USF Health Byrd Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center. Dr. Hauser knows and understands the disease. Just from my mom's initial visit, she is walking without a walker again, her memory has improved significantly, and this is from changing one medication to another. She acts like she did ten years ago!
THE OFFICE WAS WELL ORGANIZED AND WELL RUN. I WAS BROUGHT IN AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME. DR. HAUSER AND HIS P.A., KELLY, WORKED WELL AS THEY ANALYZED MY UNIQUE CASE. DR. HAUSER WAS VERY ANALYTICAL AND PROFESSIONAL. I COULD SEE WHY HE HAS BEEN SO RECOGNIZED IN THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY.
This doctor is excellent. I drive 56 miles to Tampa every three months to see him, and am treated for Parkinson's Disease. I might consider moving away from Sarasota if he were no longer an option for me. He is top notch in his field, and you don't need to look any further if you want excellent medical care. His entire staff is excellent and two rungs above the typical medical practice. Dr. Hauser is well known in his field, but makes himself accessible.
Dr. Hauser and staff listened and reviewed my symptoms and diagnosed me properly. I am extremely pleased with this office for my Parkinson's.
