I first met Dr. Bazylak in 1972 while stationed at the Pennsylvania State Police NW Training Center in Meadville. He has been my physician ever since. Dr. Bazylak is an extremely competent physician with a unique sense of humor. He will diagnose your medical problem/condition, advise you accordingly, and let you make your own decisions.
