I’ve been a patient of Dr. Joseph’s for a few years. Initially, my experience there was positive. There has since been a significant decline in patient care, communication, and integrity at this dentistry. I’ve had several very poor experiences within the last couple of years. Reception not picking up or returning voicemails for weeks/months, being inappropriately billed major dental fees, and lack of accountability from the dentist for problems he caused. Stuck the needle all the way through my lip when I was frozen and DIDNT EVEN TELL ME. Also talk about inappropriate/disturbing things while I was getting worked on that still bother me to this day
