Office staff are rude and incompetent highly unprofessional. Minimalist work ethic, office manager needs some education. I would be curious to know if the actual physician knows about their interactions with patients. So many better options out there for patients to choose from. Dodge that bullet and go elsewhere.
Dr. Semeniuk is a compassionate, knowledgeable and kind doctor. I have had two surgeries with him and both times he did excellent work. The office staff were also great as were the staff at the hospital. I absolutely cannot recommend him highly enough.
My annual visits with Dr Semeniuk have spanned more than 20 years. Each time, a multitude of tests and scans would end with an informative one to one. I always had comprehensive explanations and recommendations of and for my immediate eye health. Current scans of my eyes were displayed on large multiple monitors. Very satisfied with their service.. I was referred to Dr. Brown for Glaucoma in my left eye, and was very satisfied with my treatment and recommendation for my eye care. Upon my last appointment I was referred to Dr. Sawatski for follow-up and really liked her and the treatment I received! I totally recommend their Office if you're looking for a team who cares about your vision concerns
I was referred to Dr. Semeniuk by my Optometrist in Kelowna and was quite apprehensive as she said he was a bit older....so I was expecting a crusty old coot....nope he was current and definitely not an old coot LOL! He was lovely, very gentle and professional. He took enough time to clearly explain everything to me and as it was an emergency situation he did his best to calm me down.
