I've been calling the office for WEEKS... can never get through! what is going on? I needed to speak with nurse,no answer! also needed to get a script filled,no answer! the last time I had an appointment with Dr sood she was short with me and her answer to everything is eat healthy and exercise! It's a shame because I've been a patient of her for YEARS, guess it's time I Move on and find another physician!!!
Dec 18, 2023 spoke to doctor soods so called professional staff so much for the word professionalism!! I called the office at 8:15 am to trying to get a script for bloodwork spoke to the so called professional she told me that she will relate the matter to the nurse, and they will call me back, waited for 40 minutes at quest hoping I will get answer, no one had the common courtesy to even to call me, so I decided to call the office back and found out what’s going on than this lady answered from the first words out of her mou... read more
