My husband was seen for leg pain in his right thigh. After complete vein and artery scans the technician (from the outside facility that did the scans) who read the results said everything was normal. Dr. Aperajita looked at them and said there was something there. We trusted her and went ahead with ultrasound guided procedure of balloon angioplasty and stent placement. I would give 0 stars if I could. TERRIBLE bedside manner, treats the nursing staff terribly. Has a terrible reputation. Didn’t even review the chart and signed off because she didn’t want to do any more work than she had to. I wouldn’t send anyone to this person. Terrible excuse of a medical professional.
Dr. Aparajita and her staff are excellent both clinically and with their care of each individual patient. I have undergone 3 procedures for varicose veins and venous insufficiency this year. I started with pain at a 3-6 out of a10 level and am now at a 0-2 level out of 10. Dr. Aparajita was recommend to us from BayCare Hospital for my husbands carotid surgery. She explained the process of what was going to be done and answered all our questions. Following surgery she explained to our family what was done and again answered all our questions. Brilliant surgeon and a very compassionate human being!!!
