Rita Patel was arguably the rudest doctor I’ve ever came across in my life. She was literally gossiping about patients and wasn’t attentive at all. I definitely think she may be a racist.
The original work done was alright but the dentist was very rude and judgemental. Also I needed a follow up deep cleaning before a cavity filling could be done and they refused to answer the phone or return my calls for literal months to get it scheduled. The one time I talked to them they said they were still waiting for my insurance to clear...after 6 weeks. The place obviously doesnt know how to run insurnace because the next dentist had me cleared and scheduled within a day. Would not recommend coming here at all
Had a wonderful, professional visit with Dr Patel. Very happy to have found such a caring dentist. Staff is very friendly and have met all my needs and answered all my questions. Added bonus is that they also honor Atena price reduction program.
I'd like to start off by admitting how much I Hated the idea of seeing a dentist after being traumatized as a child. But I waited to long to get work done & now needed 7 teeth pulled to prepare for partial dentures. Dr. Patel & her assistant were nothing but kind & compassionate towards my situation. And my crazy self wanted all 7 pulled at once... I FELT SO LITTLE I started laughing at the end, I couldn't believe how easy she was making the ordeal. Very rude, staff also rude. Discriminates. She stepped out into the waiting room and announced if you use Marijuana don’t bother coming here.
