I have been seeing Dr. Kaundal for more than a year now, and she is one of the absolute best primary care physicians I have had in my life. She listens, she cares, and she is willing to help. When she doesn't know something, she is willing to explore and learn in order to provide the best possible care.
I would like to share how disappointed I'm as a patient of Dr. Kaundal. First I never had the chance to meet her or talk to her, always being pushed to her nurse Christy I believe was her name. Left bunch of voice messages regarding health issues i had in the past and NEVER received a phone call back or any form of message. Today I tested positive for Covid 19, and because they know i have been diagnosed with ASTHMA i tried again to reach out for basic advise to avoid any complications. Dr. Kaundal is wonderful. I moved to VA not too long ago and left my Dr. Of 20+ years. I was so thrilled that I found Dr Kaundal. She stepped right in and has been taking excellent care of me and she makes me feel like I have been coming to her for years. Highly recommend her.
Dr. Kaundal has helped me make more progress on my mental and physical goals than any other doctor I've ever worked with. After getting fed up with feeling like no one was listening to me, I searched far and wide and found Dr. Kaundal. She really listens to me and took the time to discuss my family medical history as well as mine.
