Muy mala experiencia para primer cita de mi niña, tenía su cita hoy Viernes y al llegar la recepcionista me dice tiene que reagendar su cita ya que la Doctora le surgió una emergencia, todos tenemos emergencias lo entiendo y no es eso lo que me molesto si no que según ellos se me estuvo llamando y no contesté mi pregunta es el porque si llamaron no dejaron mensaje de voz o enviaron un texto al igual que mandaron para confirmar la cita, fue muy desagradable la verdad ya que uno como padres trabaja y hacemos cambios o pedimos ... read more
Very disappointed in their dealing with immigration physicals. Made an appointment for my daughter six weeks ago to get physical, got that done but then they told me to come back two weeks later for paperwork. A day before appointment they called and said they switched the appointment without telling me and now I had to make a new one. Fine I did, now two weeks later ten minutes before appointment they cancelled and rescheduled again.
