I’ve had a great experience so far from the front desk to the doctors but unfortunately a customer rep. named charlie/charles gave me a whole month wait for a pediatrician to give me a call for GUIDANCE on how to handle the covid situation with my kids due to me having a toddler and a newborn. One bad customer rep. Doesn’t define the clinic or staff but they should definitely look into that recording call because he did not take into consideration at all that we’re talking about covid on two young children.
