AWFUL! Breast cancer reconstruction nightmare! I repeatedly told this surgeon that I wanted very small implants for my reconstruction and she put in HUGE 500cc implants on my 5’4 frame. So heavy and painful that I ended up in physical therapy for MONTHS with neck and shoulder issues. She said she “thought they looked good and thinks I will be happy with the size” even though I told her I wanted to be small. I had to find a qualified surgeon to properly remove the implants and capsules. Terrible!
DR FINKEL IS BY FAR THE BREAST RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGEON IN ARIZONA,IT WOULD BE A CLEAR WASTE OF TIME TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE,10 THUMBS UP!
My friend had her breast reduction surgery with Dr. Finkel where the surgery went well. The lack of recovery care placed my friend in the emergency room twice! For infections due to Dr. Finkel's lack of caring. Dr. Finkel dismissed my friends concerns regarding too much moisture which was consistently pulling off any new tissue. She pulled the scabs off too soon on a 2nd follow up rendering open separated skin. And again no progressive healing. Dr. Funnel should retire before she is sued
Dr . Finkel did wonderful job with my breast reduction surgery in December 2013. I just love her! ??????
We are so fortunate to have doctor Finkel, as the plastic surgeon who operated on my wife Najwa after having her breast cancer removed, the results of the reconstructive surgery was excellent
Dr. Finkel is great; however, her office staff STINKS. When you're a patient newly diagnosed with breast cancer, and you're seeking immediate care, you shouldn't be made to feel that you are an inconvenience to her office staff. Heaven forbid they must answer the phone and work WITH you to calm you and schedule appointments. Being told that I'll add you to my list of things to do, is NOT a source of comfort, OR professionalism.
