After breast cancer and a double mastectomy, I put my trust in this Dr to have only gone through two disastrous surgeries, pain and emotional distress at how ugly and totally disfigured she left me, I went to a new surgeon who has made me feel whole again, like a woman again and he totally fixed everything that Dr Finkel botched! My new Dr had to start from scratch and found my implants were upside down! The pockets the implants say in were so high up, I looked like the Incredible Hulk!
Dr. Finkel, Serenity and the other staff are incredibly caring and personable, yet professional. I actually miss seeing them when I have a lot of time between appointments. Dr. Finkel is a brilliant doctor. I love how she and her staff get to know their patients. Great office!
Highly disappointed in the front office staff in communicating charges for consultation appointments and billing of such charges to the insurance company. I felt uneasy from the moment I walked in for my scheduled appointment and find myself 4 months later still getting the run around. Be sure EVERYTHING is fully explained to you in regards to billing PRIOR to walking out their doors, because once you leave they fall back on the paperwork you signed and take no responsibility.
Buyer beware when it comes to breast reconstruction. I had to have another doctor fix the problem she created. Tried to talk to her with no luck.
Dr. Finkel is always very prompt, friendly and professional. Before surgery a little extra information would have been good, but she was always willing to answer questions and even reached out to schedule an extra appointment to speak to me regarding my concerns/questions when she saw my concerns.
Excellent. Caring. Professional. Helpful. Trinity is also excellent - what an asset to a busy office.
Excellent very pleased with results of reconstruction. Dr Finkel is no nonsense , very experienced has you back on your feet in no time. I would recommend her to others.
Dr. Finkel did a fantastic job on my surgical procedure for gynocomastia. I am highly satisfied with the end result. She was professional, kind, took the time to answer all of my questions, and just did an awesome job. She also used the least invasive techniques possible to get the job done. Her staff were very friendly as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you!
Due to negligence from Dr. Finkel my breast implants were exposed to Pseudomonas when she performed my breast reconstructive surgery, and tried to deny that the implants were not contaminated, even though the infection disease physician said that the implants were exposed to Pseudomonas while in the operating room under Dr. Finkel's care, and that this infection resulted from the implants having exposure to this disgusting infection. I would not recommend her for any surgical procedures.
