Don't make an appointment with this office, if you do, what you can expect is threats constantly, that if you don't cancel the appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged $50.00 and then you go ahead and cancel the appointment and you continue to get those threatening messages. I had a very unprofessional and upsetting experience at this office during a follow-up appointment on December 23, 2025, after an endoscopy. From the moment a billing concern was raised, the situation was handled inappropriately. Administrative staff entered the exam room, voices were raised, and the interaction became hostile. A staff member acting as a translator was rude, spoke to me in an aggressive tone, and at one point told me to be quiet. Dr Z is the best! He takes time out to talk with you going over any concerns or procedures you may have had. He is been progressive in helping me understand the need to correct my diet to avoid diabetes. His staff could use training in customer courtesy for sure. Rarely do I have to wait for the doctor to see me.
Front staff was rude and Dr. would not see me because I would not sign there cancellation policy. I have never missed a Dr appointment . It stead of discussing this with me the office lady said the Dr would not see me ??? This was terrible customer service service!!
