Front staff was rude and Dr. would not see me because I would not sign there cancellation policy. I have never missed a Dr appointment . It stead of discussing this with me the office lady said the Dr would not see me ??? This was terrible customer service service!!
The doctor is very nice! But it's a shame the reception staff isn't very good! I've been trying to get in touch for an appointment for over a week, and all I get is the answering machine.
my first meeting w Dr Zalepunga was nice. But then , after doing labwork etc, I arrived ar 1:30 for another appt., with the entire waiting full of obviously distressed people. When I asked the receptionist if there was a wait time, 30 minutes.. or? She said more like 2 hours. I said 'Thats unacceptable...my time is valuable too. You'fired. ' One man said he had already been there 1 1/2 hours. Thats disrepectful, and I think patients need to respect a doctor and visa versa. Forget him.

So I get sick often and apparently if I have to cancel because I'm I'll or I can't do my surgery due to a sickness I get banned from the practice with no notice I show up for my appointment 30 min away from my house and found out once getting there , I'm beyond disappointed in the practice's decision
