We drove an hour and a half for my daughters ENT appointment for a deviated septum, only to be told upon arrival that the provider does not perform that procedure and that the appointment was scheduled incorrectly by their own staff. We were instructed to reschedule with a different provider at another location. Despite receiving no meaningful care, we were charged $482.
