Espetacular cervisio y rápidos
We drove all the way from Melbourne to get our rim repair , they can’t fix it but instead they help us find a new one for the same price of the repair , they help Me all the way until our problem was solved, I don’t usually tip for this type of service but the 2 lady’s at the front desk were amazing and they truly deserve me , they stayed open past closing time just to help me get back on the road , I will be greatfull for life and I will recommend this business to all my friends and family
Had a special lock lug nut break in my forged rims . No one wanted to touch the truck , i need tires desperately and finally found a shop that would try . Well they failed and made it even worse . I was recommended to try Dr.Rim and he did it in 5 mins. Should have went to them first but you don’t know what you don’t know.
Rim was fixed correctly but they said it would look like new yet did not have full disclosure on pricing and didn’t even offer price to have it have clear coat For them to look as the other just make sure you get a good clear explanation of what exactly they are doing and price for everything they just got me of you where asking for a discount so we didn’t think you had money to paint it yet they said it would be repainted since rim gets got and paint comes off ( than they said they only retouch the paint but when I drop off... read more
