I had an impacted wisdom tooth on the lingual and sublingual nerves causing numbness in my jaw and tongue. I have Medicaid because I was on Vacation during my jobs open enrollment period. Dr Hicks at Legacy Oral and Facial surgery center stated that a wisdom tooth could not cause numbness and that I probably have multiple sclerosis. He took a week off and I got another surgeon elsewhere to help me. If you have Medicaid don’t waste your time. They still have not called me back.
Dr. Hicks and his staff put be at ease with my recent tooth extraction. I was very nervous about having this procedure done. All of my fears were met with very caring and understanding doctor and staff. I will be have an implant done in about 3 months and this positive experience on this procedure has be feeling more at ease about getting the implant. Dr. Hicks smile and calming manner helps you feel more relaxed. I am so looking forward to dealing with Dr. Hicks and his staff again.
I've been to Dr Hicks twice and would go back if needed...he is so good at putting your mind at ease and answered all my questions and I totally trust him. I recommend him to all my friends and family.

Dr. Hicks was very kind and helped me understand what needed to be done. He gave me the prescriptions in advance, so that I would have them waiting for me at home. His staff is very kind and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Hicks
