Doctor Roberts is patient, compassionate and has knowledge in many different types of medicine. He doesn't rush through my appointments either.
There was a negative review about a payment needing to be met and they did not want to pay and iam thinking that the 187.00 is not bad if your getting something out of it. If your medical ran out dont piss on the people that are helping you keep a good life ..who knows they could always do a few free ones just because you are definatly a good person. Be a good person and only say positive to show your progress. I have PSTD so a good happy day is far and in between on a good day.
I am extremely disappointed with the way this office has handled my situation. After losing my medical coverage, I contacted the office directly to inform them that I would no longer be needing their services. I had previously had a positive experience with their care and wanted to part ways on professional terms. Despite this communication, the office proceeded to schedule appointments on my behalf—appointments I did not request or attend—and then sent me a bill for $187.81.
