I always follow an evidence-based practice, but also recognize the inadequacy of the current scientific research model to explain complicated mind-brain phenomena. Generalizability of findings from ideal study populations to the individual is also quite limited and not always apparent. I stay up-to-date with findings in molecular biology and advanced neuroimaging that may one day revolutionize psychiatry but that day is probably far in the future.

Instead of helping us she only made our situation worst by projecting what she wanted to see.
Dr. Qureshi is very knowledgeable. She’s worked with me to find the right meds for my needs. Always has answers to any questions I have.
She is a very caring and compassionate doctor. God bless her!
Dr Qureshi has giving me the best health care and takes the the time to listen. I am treated like family and have not been admitted into a hospital in about 7 years. Thank you Dr. Qureshi.
She treated me for a year for my depression and anxiety and I didn't improve at all. I tried different medications with her throughout that time, but nothing got me out of my slump. She told me she couldn't help me anymore. She spends about 7 minutes with you. Voicemail is inaudible and I always had to make a few calls before I got a call back. Best part of her practice is the male assistant who makes jokes with you.
Dr. Qureshi changed my life. I suffered from severe depression and went to three previous psychiatrists without any help. But she took the time to actually help me. Dr Qureshi was kind, compassionate and caring and took care of me. She was like a mother to me. I would strongly recommend her.
She does give me helpful meds for my depression and panic disorder but she is very short with me. She spends all of 10 minutes with me. I told her about both of my parents passing away with in 3 yrs of each other. I'm 34 and feel like I should still have my parents. Her response was, parents pass away, it's apart of life. You don't say that to someone with severe depression. And who's mother just passed away 2 months before I told her about it. I don't recommend her at all.
Was looking for a therapy session and was told that's what I would receive. I had to pay upfront (and was charged 3x what my insurance copay should have been) and only then was told that Dr. Qureshi doesn't provide therapy. Despite the fact that I just wanted to talk, she offered me medication for Depression and Anxiety. Would not recommend.
