This review is long overdue and I regret not warning others sooner. I saw Dr. Shacket twice. When completing the intake paperwork there was a form regarding the use of nitrous oxide. It clearly stated that he would bill insurance for its use, but if the insurance company was not willing to pay for it he would not force you to pay for it. It strangely said he would bill you but he would never send it to collections. Amazing Doctor,and staff. Incredible. Made me very comfortable, no pain. A big Thank you Dr. Shacket and to all involved in the procedure.
Dr Shackett is amazing and is a one of a kind specialist. I flew in from out of state to go to him because I went to him before when I lived in AZ and he uses cutting edge approaches and minimally invasive techniques that I couldn’t find in California. He is also funny and kind. If you have any issues “down there” I encourage you to see Dr Shackett asap.
What a great doctor, things have changes since my last surgery back in 2004. I was back to pretty much normal in 8-days. Highly recommend and make sure you have him use the new Exparel drug to reduce “PAIN” afterwards it was a game changer for me. It was worth the price because my insurance would not cover the drug.
Doctor and staff are absolutely amazing. They were able to treat me immediately. True life savers!
