This doctor lacks accountability and integrity. Also highly reactive when you ask relevant questions and dismisses valid concerns. Bladder prolapsed after he performed hysterectomy and refuses to rectify. Filing complaint with college of physicians as well as Maple Ridge Hospital.

My mom got a hysterectomy from Dr. Mentz. She has been back to the emergency room 2 times now. The first time was a week after the surgery, she got blood clots the size of baseballs and the second time she was having the same pain she did before she went the first time and since she isn't bleeding they won't do anything to help her. She has expressed something is wrong and no one has decided to help. Dr. Mentz has not once been at the hospital to see if everything is okay, we have tried to contact him to get him to reexamine... read more
