This physician goes above and beyond to care for his patients. As well as his team.
He prescribes meds, and gives referrals, but doesn’t ask questions about diet, supplements, exercise routine, or other methods of improving health. He’s more of a fix it with a “prescription” doctor than “let’s find out what the underlying issue may be”. His staff is also lacking in customer care and communication. Some are truly incompetent and others seem overwhelmed.
Dr. Jotani is the most thorough doctor I have ever been to. He really cares for his patients and will search until he gets answers to your ailment. Listens and is kind and responsive to all my question.
Staff is rude and disrespectful and the Doctor is enabling this behavior.
My family and myself use Dr. Jotani and have been his patient for about 20 years. He is a great doctor who cares for his patients. My health and mobility has given me issues and Dr. Jotani has helped me not only physically and mentally but also pushed my insurance to help me get the equipment I need when I need it. From broken bones, sicknesses, weight issues, ect., Dr. Jotani has never let me down and will be there if me or my family need him. Dr. Jotani and his staff are awesome.
I called your office this morning August 22 shortly after 8:00am. I tested positive for Covid on Sunday. At 11:14 I was called and was told the nurse practitioner would call me around 2:15pm. At 4:00 I called back and was put through to your voicemail. Which said leave a message but don’t call back again. Your website says you are open until 6:30.
