I currently have no feeling in my foot and part of my right leg after a shocking accident at work. My name is Mark Henderson, I'm currently 58, and Dr Williams operated on me as a public patient in 2010 at the P.A. Hospital for a corrective procedure after osteomyelitis left me with a 20° kink in my spine at T11-T12 where it had fused naturally after the infection had been treated for 12 months. I didn't have pain, was able to mobilise well, and despite another consultant (Dr Laherty) saying that for those reasons there was a strong case to argue that they should do nothing, Dr Williams told me I had to have this surgery ... read more
