Worst dental encounter ever,period. My daughter,who has coverage from two dental plans furnishing 80% reimbursement,visited this office concerning an infected tooth. After being seen,the dentist advised her that she would not receive sedation and would there for eexperience discomfort through out the process. One of the worst receptionists ever. Seeing other reviews, I see it was, probably, only encountered by me. It was not the first time that my family, in particular, and I had terrible service at the reception. Always judgmental, rude, and with a superior attitude. Unfortunately, this behavior makes the whole experience unpleasant and unwelcoming, even before seeing the dentist.
