I was seen a little over 2yrs ago to receive a hip injection for a diagnosis of vascular necrosis which was agreed upon by the surgeon and shortly after the procedure I was internally bleeding.(See images )and 6 months later I ended up wheelchair bound with constant pain which to this day I am unable to walk let alone stand on my own. My notes after being seen were also falsified and untrue stating that my procedure went well and I did fine having no issues during same... False!
I was pretty nervous about getting my injury looked. Dr. Wardell answered all my questions, and eased my mind. The staff was just as helpful. Highly recommend picking this group.
