No one wore a tag, identifying their name or title. I was there for several hours, waiting for a response. While I waited, about five of the staff of young people were around the station in the hall, loudly, laughing, even singing! I never met “Dr. Wallace. “He was supposedly contacted for a response. I’ve rarely been this unimpressed at a medical facility.
Fast, friendly and effective says it all. I send all my friends there that need medical attention without the hassles of waiting and unkindness.
I am a doctor and a patient of Dr. Wallace‘s and I find him very social, efficient, and doesn’t do unnecessary tests. I am willing to travel for 40 minutes to get to his office.
My daughter was in a lot of pain and Dr. Wallace was able to see her and help her after we had been to several other people. Thank you so much for being so caring and making this unpleasant situation comfortable for us all!! You are the best
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Wallace since we moved to this area. We always ask for reviews before choosing a doctor and he was highly recommended. It was a good choice. Dr. Wallace is kind, patient, thorough, and makes you feel very comfortable. His support staff are also very capable, freindly and welcoming. They take very good care of their patients. Now I'm sharing my recommendation. :)
Seen at the clinic a few times. Was fast, friendly and effective, what more could you want from urgent care.
