Have been going here for a few years after a previous dental office broke the wire behind my teeth from braces(that dentistry paid for it to be fixed) Rhandy my dentist here is great, but the staff is very rude and takes a while to acknowledge you but says to be seated and someone will be with you. My wire was broken here during my last cleaning and they set me an appt to fix it, but after fixing something they broke- they tried charging me $400. I've been going to Dr. Wilcox for a few year now and found their staff to be pleasant and efficient. They have never tried to push services I didn't need, which is important to me. I'm surprised by some of the reviews, as my experiences have always been positive.
What a fantastic team there is at Dr. Wilcox’s dentistry. I had an emergency & they were able to squeeze me in & fix my cap that had come unglued over the weekend. They are so kind, especially Christina. They explain everything & gave me the time I needed. Centrally located, easy parking & nice atmosphere. This will now be my new dentist whenever I am here in FL. I felt confident in their assessment & at home in their office. Thank you so very much.
I had almost $10,000 worth of crowns and dental work done by Dr Wilcox. I experienced relentless discomfort with one of the RC crown Dr Wilcox did for me for months. Went back several times to have the tooth looked at only for him to continue filing it down without doing much of a bite assessment or any imaging, and have the problem persist enough for me to get a second opinion.
