The appointment was set up in a timely fashion. The Dr.. was excellent and guided me through the process of choosing the hearing aids. She was easy to talk to and knowledgeable . Wheelchair access was not near the office but at the end of the walkway by the other stores.

I appreciate that Hearcare Audiology is privately owned. Dr. Carrico is compassionate about her work, knowledgeable, and she is very low/no pressure. She took the time to answer all of my questions completely and in a way that I could understand.
