Dr hazen treated or came in my moms room at forum parkway rehab For 2-3 minutes. Never new her name or mine confused her with another patient 2 times. I had to beg for a prescription for a nebulizer at discharge.. on the day of discharge I told dr hazen my mom 02 saturation dropped 2 nights in a row & had to be placed on oxygen He did not see a concern w that information We asked begged for oxygen at home because of this history We were denied by him He said her lungs were clear. THIS Is a POST about DR HAZEN and not SW Pulmonary.... Dr. Hazen has on multiple occasions saved my life. He took the time to learn a disease etiology and then help myself and my family understand the rareness of my disease etiology and why it’s something that I have. Dr. Hazen, picked me up from multiple doctors who failed to manage it properly and stood there telling us that it may not be easy but he would find out what it was.
