I and my family have been with Dr. Gorman since 1989. He has been great, I trusted him with family and when my father moved down here from Illinois he took excellent care of him also. You could not aske for a better family doctor!
Dr. Richard Gorman has been my PCP for About 8 years now and I have found him to be exceptional in his breadth of knowledge, compassion and care for his patients, and the most generous amount of time he takes with me.
In 2009 I had my Yearly Physical done by Dr. Gorman, the procedure was short, he spent more time on the computer than with me, and there was no EKG performed. When I received my Blood/Urine test results about a week later, it showed that my Cholesterol was over 230, and on the report he wrote, everything looks good. There was no suggestion or recommendation to take medication to lower my cholesterol, nor did he suggest to come back in 6 months to do a another blood test to check for my high cholesterol. Excellent family physician. Takes time and listens to patients although he is noted for running behind. Good 'bedside manner' and an excellent staff. Responds to emails and is quick on prescription refills. Sent my wife, daughter and three friends to him.
This doctor has cared for my family for many years now. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He always takes the time you need which means you may wait a while to see him. Its been worth it. A fine doctor.
The office facility is really nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Gorman was extremely professional and knowledgable. He was down to earth, but you could tell he was really smart & knew a lot about what he was talking about. ive been to him for basic sicknesses and a broken arm before. He has always made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and thoroughly discussed my questions and diagnosis. Couldnt be happier, would highly recommend!!
