Dr. Frieden needs to listen to the family of his patients instead of ignoring and talking over them. Brain cancer and seizures are very delicate matters to the family of the patient. We are the ones who are awake at night worrying and agonizing over the what ifs. We are the ones that experience our loved one confused and unable to remember where they are or what day it is.
